At Inkopious, we want you to love your custom-printed gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in original condition. If your order isn't quite right, our simple process ensures you can get back to showing off your favorite pet-inspired designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
